This 14-day refund policy applies to all Mayprime digital products (PDF e-books and guides) purchased through our website, regardless of whether you have downloaded or accessed the files.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at team.mayprime@outlook.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include:

  • your full name
  • the email address used at checkout
  • your order number (if available)

We will review your request and, if it falls within the 14-day window, process a full refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

We sell our products using Paddle as our Merchant of Record and payment provider. When a refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 Days

After 14 days from the purchase date, refunds are not generally available, except where required by applicable law (for example, if a product is faulty or not as described). This policy does not affect any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
