All products sold by Mayprime are digital-only e-books delivered as instant-download PDF files.

No physical product will be shipped. Shipping fees are never charged.

Our automated system operates 24/7. After your purchase is complete and your payment is confirmed, you will receive your digital file via:

Instant Email Delivery: A separate email containing a secure, one-time download link will be dispatched to the email address you provided during checkout within 5 minutes of purchase.

2. System Requirements

To successfully access and utilize our protocols, you must ensure you have the following:

  • A valid email address to receive the download link.
  • A PDF Reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Preview, or Browser) to view the files.
  • Sufficient storage space on your device (files are typically under 10MB).

3. Delivery Troubleshooting

If you do not see the download email in your inbox within 10 minutes:

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or "Promotions" folder.
  • Ensure your email inbox is not full.

If you still cannot locate the file, please contact us immediately at team.mayprime@outlook.com. We can manually re-issue your download link upon verification of payment.
